love the outlines this time :) they're smooth and bold...very nice to look at. Those big eyes are just so adorable >___< the blush also adds a cute touch to the pic as a whole...there's only one little thing that bothers me. I don't know if it's just me or is there really a slight blue around the blush? that aside, you did a good job on the vectoring! keep it up ;)
