Well this is the first time I've done something like this, but I was looking through my gallery and thinking that I could probably improve upon many of the walls in there.... so this one stood out and I thought... what the heck... lemme try "altering" it and see what everyone thinks. I'm not going to remove the old one (yet anyway) in case anyone wants to see the difference. Regardless, here's my improvement. Background was done by me, using a combination of Vue Esprit and Photoshop. Naruto was also coloured by me (in one of my first colouring attempts).

exactly this sentence is important to me. i'm sick and tired of these main-stream wallpapers and this is very original and the fact that you colored him yourself makes this wallpaper very special. i also recognized the titel, it's from akeboshi's song wind, isn't it? Yes, the perspective really makes this wall. ^^ I've always been a fan of wallpapers that have this exact perspective...
The coloring is nice too. Very soft yet vibrant. The tree is kinda off compared to him and the sky, but I still like it nonetheless.

As said, the perspective = cool. XD I haven't seen your old one to compare (and to be flat honest, I'm not going to look ^_^' <-sitting hunched over underneath the desk, plugged into dad's scanner without her mouse). Nice job with Naru's colours. :) As bright and dynamic as they should be (oh, and i love that t-shirt of his <lol> XD).
The only thing I'd suggest is changing the butterfly to a dragonfly or something. XD I think the general bg is perfectly (konohaaa~ XD) but imo that butterfly just sticks out the wrong way. (actually, the birds are a bit pointless, too ^_^' but then again, i like to stick winamp down the bottom left there, heh) *shrugs*.
In any case! A strong piece of work. :) Good job! And btw, I really like the general saturated glowyness of your walls. XD If that makes any sense... They look surreal. :) Keep 'em coming!

very cute, I wish the background was a s crisp as naruto is but it is still very nice. The lighting helps out the lake of crispness form the background in making it more in the same world as Naruto but I still wish they were each equally clean, still very well done though!
