(I took a lot more since I need it for my sketchbook afterwards xD)
(the original's pretty big)

Art Project made to be Printed out as big as possible for my school's Thursday Open House xD (everyone in the class was required to make a new project for the day, I chose digital simply because it's much much faster, or I won't be able to make the deadline)

Title: IN:Urban
It's not simply because I liked how urban looked (:
It's placed on the separation between the white and the cyan indicating that the white parts are in-urban (not urban) while as a whole phrase, indicating the whole piece is in urban (inside urbanization)

I wanted to focus on the influence human have on change in their environment.
That..is obviously something that came out of no where after I started this though.
At first, I simply wanted to draw a girl with umbrella in an abstract setting with birds, buildings and cubes. With the colour scheme cyan and orange xD

The lovely tree silhouettes on the left are courtesies of http://arsgrafik.deviantart.com/
The cubes were inspired from this illustration I saw done by Mel Bochner xD

It's so pretty! Love the color scheme~
The only thing (and it might be personal preference) is that there's something about the tree on the left that seems off... I can't quite say what it is, but there is something...

Very cool! I like the abstractness and I have to admit I just love umbrellas for some reason. Nicely done! :)

    You don't know how much i love this wall ;_;
Wonderful concepts. I love the geometric cubes, the stairs, and how they are abstractly positioned. Gotta love the sky, the blue and oranges goes very well. The birds r plusses <3. Also loving the trees. My gawd, this is like a wall of my dream. It gives off this serene and calm mood. The thing that capture me the most is the abstract buildings and geometric cubes ;>. I have this weird adoration to geometric stuffs like lines, triangles, cubes, prism, sphere etc...
The girl is very well placed in the wall. She's like part of the theme, but not like a camouflage, and she stands out very well. :>

Keep up ur wonderful work :D
    <3 + fav.

    I love it, really *______________*
Usually i don't like "bright" walls, they kill my eyes XD But the design of this one, the way you used a simple palette of three colours, the details on the girl, all is so well done and beatiful! ^_________^
    Great work! :D

Love the concept and the color combination, it really makes the whole wall look fresh and lively! I especially like the way you made the character - I've noticed that your style features mostly skinny, thin characters (kind of like CLAMP's) but I'm glad to see you added more 'meat' to this one, lol. Lovely work~

I really like the light colors used in the wall. Its simplicity makes it more beautiful. ^^

This one needs a highlight. Just saying. :)

This is awesome. It's a really interesting concept and the color scheme has 2 of my favorite colors so that's a plus
    +1 for umbrellas

Dang, I didn't have time to comment on this one when it came out due to an overload of final assignments, but I really like this one! The colors are great and there is lots of movement! A really nice airy quality to it. :3 I think I prefer the less saturated blue one on my monitor.
