I think the lighting is a bit off (unless there is another light source behind the girl, too, otherwise she should be more of a silhouette with her edges illuminated by the moon), but it's a very nice scene; you combined those images well.

Because the boat is tiny, it means it's far away. Therefore, the shadow should be decreased in length, and should be 'wavy' due to being on the water. The words also bothered me (but that's just my personal preference).
Other than that, it looks so pretty, I love the girl.
Alenas does make a point about the lighting, but I think she's too pretty to have her shadowed up, so let's imagine there's a light source behind her :D (Or from the ... magic? xD) -

Very creative concept! ^^ .. Unfortunately, I am not as big of a fan of the text.. ^^;; but the colors and the blending is very pretty! (: I've seen this image used before and I like how you played with this image to create such a magical effect!
