This was taken from Episode 1 of Nisemonogatari at around 4:22. At that time, Senjougahara said "It's such a wonderful picture, I want to set it as my cell phone wallpaper" and I was inclined to agree.
This is my first attempt at both creating line art and colouring. Done with PaintTool Sai (I couldn't wrap my head around the pen tool in Illustrator though I may try again when I'm feeling more patient).

If anyone has come across a nice tutorial for lineart and colouring, point me out to it and I may try to vectorise something in the future.
