HI, for this wallpaper I've used my Sakura Vector created with Illustrator, so I've created vector clouds and putted them on the cyano background. After that I've used photoshop and added rainbows with the pen tools. At least I've setted the brush to get the irrigular white effects on the wallpaper, to create a magic feeling.
I really would make a wallpaper about Card Captor Sakura, so I saw that nobody used that scan for a wallpaper. I hope someone like it :D

the happy rainbow color scheme is nice in here, although I think a little bit gradient on the blue background will work. also some outline specially on her face/hair feels a little bit off because you only do half of them, and some of them are jagged as well. other than that, I love how you put the gradients on the rainbow and her clothes. well done :]
