So, I'm guessing Byakuya got sick of his priceless family scarf getting dirty in battle. I'll miss it, but that also means we can finally view his sexy neck. Yay! ;D
I wonder about the kenseikan, though. I thought those were, you know, heirlooms required for the head of house to wear? Considering how tradition and honor are Byakuya's thing, I find it strange that he suddenly decided not to wear them. Hmmm...
Maybe they're still there, just settled lower in his hair? I'd love to know what those crest-like things are on the top of his head. -

XD I will miss the Kenseikan, for a minute I figured those he wears now could simply be a new version he wished to start wearing, but he's all about the rules so changing tradition would be a bit OOC. Though maybe it is just a different style that is indeed available to the Head of the Kuchiki.
