This scan came from XianPu (I asked) and I recd the hat ears and the elbow. I used shinta's old school tutorial. Retro boxes, butterfies, and flowers brushes make it nice. BTW, This is based on my avatar and signature. This is my last wall for a while. I'm busy ywith many things. '_'
Edit I fixed the 'elbow' crop and jazzed up the BG.
