I think this is a really particular and original graphic composition for this Anime. I like how you used the color and I like the changing of color part silouette throw by white lines, contrary I'd preferred a no text version but I've added on my favs because generally I like it :D

I thought four different concepts for this contest, it ended I chose a really simple idea: colored silhouettes.
Image used for the vectors: Ai Kisugi manga scan - three women silhouette (thanks to Oasi delle Anime and a french Cat's Eye website these scans)
Other images source of inspiration: illustration by Fantastique - a wall from AssasinXXX
I did the green stippled part by myself, it isn't a brush.

I like what you did with the halftone on the character on the right and how you used such different hues and yet came out with something coherent. While I find the green too bright for my desktop, I downloaded it because I do like the feel of the whole wall :) Also, good job on the wires dividing it, makes for an interesting mosaic effect.
