Looks ALOT like Tokiya Mikagami.....But I'm not positive...I haven't read too much of the manga...So I can't be positive...nonetheless its a really beautiful scan I must say. VERY high quality and great size at that. Hooray for Flame of Recca! Thanks for submitting Bucket-chan! Hooray!!
