I didn't see the complete picture (on AP) and only this one:

Inori Yuzuriha

I vectored the girl and created a natural environment (I drew and painted all elements, bushes, trees, roses, all different plants, grass, lilies...). I worked on water effects (transparence, contrast, waves). I wanted to make a lush vegetation because she reminds me of Gaïa, so I added some supernatural elements (lightning points), like she's creating this landscape.

I never saw the serie so I don't know if this kind of BG fits this anime...!

I hope you'll like!

I love how all the flowers look, they are really pretty^^ And Inori's hair looks good. Inori's feet look weird though. And her eyes look a little on the dull side, other than that a very nice wall :)

waoooh! awesum~ i rly thought u vectored everythin i mean until i read ur description u r awesum! ur bg fits in well with the scan~ and i love how u made the water <3 everythin looks gorgeous x> keep it up~! d^^b

I like the background but it has too much plant variation. There are too many types of plants in one place, only poppies and lilies would suffice, the rest crowd everything.
I really like the sky, it's beautiful, the water is very nice as well, I love that too.
The tree looks incomplete, it doesn't have enough shades and the leaves aren't cell-shaded like the rest, it's a sudden change of style.
It's very interesting overall, really complex <3

For someone that has so many good wallpapers you sure have a plain user page.
+ fav from me - I love how the water looks the most,

    how awesome.......
    i love it...........

The quality and effort is obvious. I quite admire your patience, but I wish you were more consistent with texture because as is it looks like everything is cut and paste into the image instead of one whole scene. I also like the version with the brown stones the most. It also bothers me that the leaves on the trees are exactly the same as the ones in the field, and that their pattern of growth changes with the smaller branches.

    The water looks fantastic, though!

Nice work, Cilou! I really like how you expanded the scan, to include more plant life, and the vectoring for Inori is gorgeous. That being said, I do see room for improvement - Inori's vectoring is sharp, vibrant, and really catches the eye, but the background (especially the leaves) doesn't mesh well with her. The shading/style types are different and doesn't have as much life as the central character. Some varying lighting/shading + a better establishment of light sources would harmonize this much more, and give it a bigger 'wow!' factor. Besides what I've pointed out, I think you've done a great job taking the original artwork, and giving it a wider scope.

WOAH your fast! It seems like it was only a few days ago that I saw you submit this wallpaper I'm not a wallpaper critic since I don't do wallpapers so all I'm gonna say is AWESOME WORK! <3

Good Luck on your other walls :D

  14. MikuMasterX Jan 13, 2012

This is very nice.... and i am completely speechless as to how you manage to pump out so many walls in such a short space of time. Your vectors have come a long way over time, and your quality does seem to vary because you do rush sometimes... but this one is really good. Well done.

this is RLY amazing~! *____* it must be a pain in the ass to vector all this =|
but i rly think u did a rly great job and this wall deserve to be highlighted :DDD

Wow, I had to view it two times to catch every detail, it's a really complicated picture (in a good way, I like it because it isn't tedious :D). I especially like the water, it looks like real water, you did a very good job with this! :DD
