for those that are wondering....yes it is chibi rossette!!! (^_^) i thought she was pretty cute so i decided to use this fan art instead....

i was trying for a 3D perspective wall...made a reflective floor to help enhance the effects....

*note* THIS IS A FAN ART INTERPRETATION OF ROSSETTE ....so yeh...itz suppose to be a little different than the real rossette ..ROFL
