Rob Lucci, in his half-beast leopard form. I like this character, he truly deserves to be the leader of CP9, due to his extremely sadistic nature. T Its simple, nothing fancy, but hope you guys like it. Anyway, Lucci is a character from, the comic "One Piece". (This is also a very old piece of work, I simply upload it for enjoyment)
