i don't think that the tail looks bad, what looks a bit strange is that the right eye stands out much more than the left one.
But since the proportions are fine, the choice of colours suits my taste and I just like to look at her, I just have to add this artwork to my favourites.

I dont particularly like this one as much as your others, the back muscle definition just doesnt look right and yes you are right the tail is odd also, pose seems strained or awkward (but then I presume this may be deliberate), but hey who am I to talk. The other parts of the body look great , hands ,face limbs...all well proportioned. You are a good artist Mistress!!
