It seems that everyones submission rate has gone down to high. So your not alone. Anyways my gosh its so great to see a wall from you again JingJing! I really hope school is going great for you and that your not too bogged down! I really love this background you've made, one of the most colorful ones you've made yet. Jeeze you really did a wonderful job with the design and techinque you've used, I really think it fits very nicely with the colors. Speaking of the colors I love how colorful this background is, its not too much but its not to where it hurts your eyes either. Its just right (to me anyways). The girl is simply adorable and I love the pose shes in too. The text....awwww hehe, its so sweet and it really matches with her pose and facial expression... You just can't say no to that face =P Well I bet you could...but I sure as heck can't. So its from a game huh? Well I'm quite curious about it now cause the character art is simply gorgeous. Overall I'd say this is one of your finest pieces yet JingJing! Favorite for me, hands down. I really love it! Just soooo beautiful!

Very nice and imaginative wallpaper. It is almost perfect except her hair on the top. There is a bit of visible zigzag. If you can correct that, it would be nice.

Besides the pretty girl, I like the background, even if it's too colorful and gets "sometimes" more focus than the girl, imho.
