nice not bad my friend just the white splash that are a little "crappy" but not want can call an uber flaw

I like this effect, it looks neat how she's coming out of the flower. The colors are nice, but I'm not sure about the logo in the left corner, it seems a little out of place. k.i.s.s. is often a good system for wallpapers, I'm a thorough advocate.

I like the composition for the most part. The reversed-out flower / single-channel flower (iris?) is a nice backdrop, but the white comes out too strongly and washes out the rest of the image, detracting from the central character. Maybe dim it down somewhat to add a mysterious flair to the overall wall. Try to be aware of where your eyes go as they look at the image; if they stray to the bg too often, the balance is off.

I'd also get rid of the logo, or make it much smaller. It doesn't fit in with the wall at all.

Aside from my quibbles (and they are quibbles, and only one person's opinion; others like your wall as-is), it's great work.
