Byakuya Kuchiki from Bleach.
I've never been all over Byakuya. Although he is one of the most popular characters, his cold attitude and stoic nature isn't really my taste. BUT he is still one of the most unique looking characters, plus, you can say about his personality whatever you want, but he IS handsome. Very.
I've chosen to vectorize this image because it resembles him very well – he looks into the camera, cool, stoic, kinda merciless with his famous frown. In short – sexy. I'm always satisfied after finishing a vector of him :D
I used the pen tool in Photoshop for both lineart and coloring. Took me about 2,5 hours.
