Ail from Sailor Moon.
He deserves more fanart :D
Finding good source screencaps of him isn't easy, most of them are small and blurry, and due to the different
animators that made the characters look slightly different in style nearly every episode, he sometimes doesn't look
very good :-|
But I found a few nonetheless ^^
Don't really know why I fancy a character with green skin and blue hair, maybe it's the elf-like ears :D
So my reasons for vectorizing him are plain and simple: I find him pretty. Although I'd like to do some more pics
of him where he looks more emotional, I think he does look best when serious/angry.
I used the pen tool in Photoshop for both lineart and coloring. Took me about 2 hours.
