YAYZ! My first and official HALLOWEEN wallpaper! LOL. (OwO)
Well, I'm playing Persona 2: Innocent Sin right now and I kinda got inspired by it. So, lo and behold----this wall
came to life.
It's not much. I just wanted to create a simple wall out of it. Oh BTW, since there aren't that much scans of
it here (also at some other sites), I just captured a scene from the opening movie of it. I'm featuring Eikichi
Mishina here (one of the main characters). This particular part of the movie (where the crowd faces you with masks) in
the opening kinda creeped me out----since Halloween is nearing, I decided to make a wall out of it.
Well, that's pretty much about it. I just twisted some elements in the BG to add more meaning to it. I looked for a
stained glass image and a kaleidoscope----luckily, I found both featuring butterflies (which also plays another element
in the game). I played with the layers and such until I achieved what I wanted with it.
The first revision's the psychedelic version together some masked shadowmen. If you know the opening movie of this
game, you'll notice the burst of colors at the start that continues to a kaleidoscope of some sort (that's
where I got the idea for the BG). The stained glass represents the shattered memories/fragments of sin.
The second revision features Joker himself. Crying his tears of blood. The joker is also captured from the opening
movie. I also added the masked shadowmen (only this time, I distorted them). I added a red glow to them to emphasize the
tears of Joker.
