Uhm, somethings wrong when I save it, so ... uh so check back and a better version will be here - I have to fix the brightness...my laptop was tilted funny and i didnt realize until it was too late ahaha..and I'm getting a lot of pixellation. my psd is messed up and flattened too ;-;

Second version is the best one imo.
Short comment will be short so:
- Text needs to be bigger and get rid of the gradient. Use a lighter color, like white.
- Lighting brushes, hmm, I get the whole electric feel of this but they need to go as well, its too literal with the lighting, you can convey an electric feel just using colors.
- Maybe tone down the cyan of the background, so the colors will pop out more.Overall, it's a reaally good job. I'm digging the simplism.
