Anyway I was up with a simple drawing and thought to share it with you.
It was not really hard to do, as colours and bg are very quite in simple white style :P

Um, speaking from an amateur POV.
I think the cloudy-like BG is perfect for the guy since he had a solemn expression, and the title itself said 'Endless Rain'.
The only thing that went wrong in this wall is the guy's linearts, it's rough and you can see the lines are jagged in full view. I think you should try to use softer color for the linearts, so it'll goes well with the BG.
