http://blog.xuite.net/sandy_jwy/sky/3986574 has a photo of this as a manga cover page~ Chapter 21, it says. :)
However, my Internet won't let me look for this page at Chinese online viewers (no chapter numbers given, muahaha x_x) and it isn't scanlated in English yet, lol. So... unconfirmed as Watanabe Yoshitomo's Fun Fun Factory. Darn, I so wanted to sit through 100++ pages of volume 4, looking for just the one page, yeah.
