I like that touch of red around that guy's eyes, it really is a nice detail and...are those Akatsuki clouds in the background? Sure remind me of them, lol.
Just one things - I think you didn't vector some parts completely like the top and bottom of the wall - there are some white lines ans parts that can be seen, it's especially prominent in the right guy's hair and the edge of his pants. Other than that, nice design and keep it up! XD
