Pretty solemn. Pretty good manga. Very awesome character and interesting story - definitely aimed for an older crowd.

I like the scene and the mood of it all though I think the background is a bit too smooth compared to the scan you used; some grungy textures or brushes would do the trick perhaps. :3

I tried to soften her up a bit, but remember she is very much in the foreground - and the focus is on her - so Its not so bad. I'll play around with it, make an alternative for ya

Textured version is faaaar superior than the normal one, imho.
I really like how everything is set and the overall mood of the wallpaper :3 If I could nitpick something...I think the smoke of her cigarrete could be blurred a bit to give it a softer look. Also, using too many fonts for typography makes the overall design look too busy, you don't have to take my advice but if you used just one of those fonts it would look quite better (the font used for "OF" is perfect tbh!)
Keep it up! This is a very solid wallpaper.

As others have stated, the textured version is the best one; the background and the character are meshed much better. One thing I think could be improved is the smoke- the smoke is travelling upwards, despite the fact that the wind around the character is blowing towards the left- having the smoke travel in the same direction would make this more realistic. Either way, wonderful wallpaper.

Beautiful wallpaper! Im really enjoying the overall melancholic atmosphere of it. I can really sense loneliness and well, it just puts out a lot of emotion. Anyways, nice work as usual! ^^

Well.. when I try to update to overwrite the original image.. it never shows up.. so... yeah.
Unfortunately, I dont have the psd file - I'm not.. sure.. how I lost it, but oh well. I guess Mr.Smoke will have to just defy physics.
