This looks a lot better and more original than the previous version you posted in the sandbox but be careful with picking out scans you use - some of those light windows feature images of different quality - some are sharp while some are rather blurry and pixelated.
But yeah, other than that, nice job! :3
It's really interesting, but it would be even better if the images in the back were vectored as well. The quality
is great, but the different style of the images doesn't blend. The vectored girl has thick, not detailed lineart
while the portraits have the very complex manga style.
Just a thought, the design is unique and well executed.

But I agree with Alenas. Some parts of the wall harp while some are look blurry and pixelated. But still I see the girl
kinda blurry, perhaps it my eyes...? >_<

It was always 1920x1200 just tinypic and photobucket were being ****buckets. I thought it was me or my jpeg quality but it wasn't.. it was THEM. FFFFFFFFFFFFFF
