Feat. Chidori Kaname and Captian Tessa! I have been dying to make this scan into a wallpaper... but never really got inspired until today. I saw the fan brush and I was 'lost'! ^^Y I enjoyed making it and I finally got to test out the scan lines tutorial someone taught me... Hope you guess like it!
