I'm confused. You're disappointed about having your wallpapers removed, however you neglect to put your signature and link to the resources used on your wallpaper? Eventually, if those two things remains unchanged, this wallpaper will be removed regardless- which defeats the purpose of being disappointed about your previous wallpapers being removed over quality/other reasons.
Also, if you're looking to finally have a wallpaper remain on MT without it being removed, I highly suggest that you create a thread in the Sandbox. It's a lovely little corner of MT that allows you to receive helpful, constructive criticism on your work. I've used it a couple times after I had some of my wallpapers removed, and I have to admit, it's refreshing to receive an objective point of view on my work.
Minitokyo has certain standards for wallpapers, but these shouldn't be viewed as a negative obstacle- it should be taken as a challenge, a way to help you improve your work. I hope you remember this for your future wallpaper making; take care and good luck~
