This is a wallpaper of Nelliel Tu Oderschvank from Bleach.
i'm not seeing much of wallpapers of her. she really needs more love~ <3 <3
well, this wallpaper is made based on this
scan
rather than vectoring, i call this repainting since there's no usage of pen tool except for the lines of
nnoitra's weapon. and no brushes too :).
i painted every single thing and added a texture for the floor.
Texture used
well, the hardest part is the hair :D
and easiest part probably her cloth.
i might overdid a little bit though.
any comments and favs are appreciated <3

I'm amazed at how you've managed to conjure up this idea from the original image, it's really gorgeous. Your coloring technique is most impressive, quite rich and vivid. Love the seriousness of the setting. Admirable work!
