I'm watching this serie and I really like it!
When I saw this picture, it catched my eyes ( I like his expression) so I capture it (from the opening) and vectored it:
Since I worked on the atmosphere (dominant color, light, contrast, saturation,...)and rain effect.

The vectoring is awesome! I agree the expresion is very nice. I really like the colors. The rain looks nice and gives off a nice atmosphere. I love the color of his eyes. I really like this^^

You choosed a really beautiful screenshot to wall, and the result turned out really good.
Kudos for put it in monochrome, the scene looks better for me in that way. But, I just don't liked so much of the lighting, specially in his hands. It looks out for me. Maybe more shadowing in his face under the hair would look good too.
Anyway, good job! ^^
