The artist is Stanley Lau, aka Artgerm on deviantART.His art is absolutely stunning. I'd do almost anything to have him draw at least some of my favorite characters, but since he's a professional artist who's got his hands full of work, I highly doubt he ever will. As far as I know, he doesn't even take individual commissions.
