Selfscanned at 600 DPI and went trough PS4 for afterwork and editing. Plz credit if reuploaded elsewhere. Never forget that scanning artbooks damages them and some respectfull behaivor and credits for the scanner when used on other sites and vectoring is always nice!

How could such an amazing artist let his/her background be as awful as this looks? The lights looks like he/she took some other smaller picture and blew them up a lot bigger and stuck it in there. The lights are so blurry and awful looking, I'm really disappointed :\ This is the second picture I've seen the lights look like this so far.
