My entry for VectaDesu 13, with theme of jewelry. Selected another one of my favorite characters in the anime Shukufuku no Campanella, the lovely Salsa Tortilla. She might be a bit of airhead, but she is goodhearted and a excellent cook. Already my second vector from this underrated series, and as the previous, colored outlines again and practically the very same technique.
