OMFG UR SO awesome! <3 =P hehehe, anyways on the serious matter you really are an amazing and VERY talented artist Yumi. Well heya of course shading is a pain, but you do such a good job that its worth it, If only there was a way to by-pass shading.....and have it still look good......*ponders* Thats not freaky for drawing in that amount of time...lol but you know what I think of your friends on how they think of you =P. Well good things take time.......unfortunally we all can't sit down and draw perfection in five minutes....So yeah, I personally believe "The more work you put and the better it looks, the longer its gonna take" It looks VERY nice. Gah....The mistake isn't that bad....Hands suck to draw and so to fingers, I say if we had block hands that'd be fine....but then typing would be another matter..@_@ But heya they don't look that bad to me, seriously I stuggled for so long with hands....Those hands look fine....but then again Yumi-chan is somewhat of a perfectionist =P. I still can't believe this is a practice piece......My gosh this would be something I would consider more of a good piece @_@ not something that was practice, but wow your just THAT DAMN GOOD Yumi, a favorite, thanks for sharing your amazing talent with us once again Yumi-chan! <3

Yeah, this drawing confirms what I was thinking : you've talent :) . I like the concept , the eye and the shading looks good. Don't worry about how long it takes, but about how good it is : most of my drawings take me more than 2 days of work because I draw very slowly but who cares ? About the hands, the right hand looks off indeed but since you drew the other one so right, you'll soon get it :) . Now you should try to get your lines a bit more "flowing", I'm especially thinking of the hair. Anyway keep it up because you've both talent and style :) .

Hmm, the only problem I can see is his waist looks to be a bit small, but the detailing and everything else just pulls attention from that, awesome work, you're a fantastic artist! Keep up the good work Yumi-chan :) can't wait to see more.. ^^ -

Great artwork and hmmm... I would say that you were drawing an actor for Phantom of the Opera doing a halloween play ^^ (hmm never seen Phantom of the Opera... not even sure what's it about ^_^') but that's just what I thought when I first saw this..
