Some images I scanned from the animation book. Originally, I wanted to make separate walls, but I figured why not put them together. I had to edit out some kanji on Sasuke but it was all good.

Appears sakura and sasuke to be sad and to be at a loss oh to sakura
said sasuke is most likes since childhood liking but sasuke the manner
which shows absolutely no concern to sakura also is same oh good likes
