Amazing! I like your concept.
I've an idea of wall with C.C, in Venice: I did a little trip to Venice last year, and it was really fabulous. When I watched my photo of this journey, I'd this idea...
Thanks to Kaney12 for this awesome scan!
I used this scan to create his hand so she can keep the mask, as if she had just withdrawn.
I imagined and drew the bracelet and ring.
Since I used some of my own photos to paint the shadow of the city and vector the gondolas.
I finally worked on the reflexion, contrast, light and colors to create this atmosphere, in adding some a light mist to increase the feeling of mystery...
I hope I made something harmonious and that you like it!

This is MUCH better as a whole in quality, and you've got the depth down nicely. You also took advantage of the wonderful things you can do with vectoring :D +++
The depth-perception was well played with the silhouette of the buildings in the background, and the clouds look great. The hazy colorscheme gives it a mysterious look, and adding the mask in to CC's hand was a very nice touch. I also like the creepy guy you added in (he's creepy in a good way), and he adds to the mystique of the wallpaper. The depth of the shading on her skin & in her eyes is pretty and gives her a sort of glow... and you gave the water movement! :) I also like that you eliminated the lineart almost entirely. Its gives it a nice, stylized feel.
The only downsides are the things sticking out of the water; they are flat in their shading and the one furthest to the right is awkwardly shaped, but the haziness helps keep them from sticking out, so that's really pretty minimal. Overall concept turned out very nice :)

I love the decision to vector the mask into her hand! I also like that the reflection of the builiding looks like a real reflection would. I think it would add another layer of interest and atmosphere to make the man fade a little into the haze. As someone already mentioned, the sticks in the water look kinda flat, but overall the wall is quite nice. Good job!

This is beautiful to a fault ^_^
Concept is very, very wonderful. I like how you did the shading and the lighting. The buildings, the clouds, and everything in the background totally look great, and compliments the endearing C.C. well. Seriously, the mask was a nice tough. It adds more to the charm. The colors have this enigmatic essence to them.
