I believe the two characters: Akiyoshi and Kanon are from a short story called Ginyuu Meika found at the end of the second volume of the Full Moon wo Sagashite manga.
Isn't Akiyoshi 12 years old while Kanon is 17?! O_o But anyways! They're so cute as a couple! *Squeals* Nice scan! Love it!
