aww he's so cute. I have never heard of this anime never seen it go by until just now, thanks for this adorable artwork, makes me curious to go hunt it down and see if it's to my liking. I like how you made the lens look dirty over it, aka the brushes used were just the right amount of a touch to make it even better. nicely done :)

Origin~
For this wallpaper I took a cloud pattern and layered the 3 textures over it messing with the transparency and blend modes, can't remember which one's I used - Overlay or screen or hard light or one of those (O_o) The character vector was made from a screen cap I took and made using Adobe Illustrator, I also took one of the textures and made the characters hair, eye & clothes textured. I then took the character put it on the BG and added my signature, hope you all like it!
