Your shading is well done, the colouring is nice it just has some leaks here and there which makes it look a little bit odd. I like the artisty look of this picture, it is very different from my own version of the same scan. It's a good way for starters. This wallpaper has very soft colours. I do think that Yuki could be a bit more colour-blended in with the background. Her clothing's colours also look a bit off to me. Otherwise, good job!
