I was really happy to see Magato come back in the manga, so I grabbed a nice scan of him on Animepaper, used some devviant (those). Played with the colors, made it wacko, some color transitions, acshully, it´s all just brushes and coloring, some filters, no advanced work, but still lemme know if you like it. PM me if you want a bigger resolution.
