Okay...hm, I would suggest not stretching images. Even if it's to fill up the space, it makes them look deformed. Make the edges of the stars sharper - and the corners, too. They look amatureish as it is.

Also, something about jpegs - try to open and close the files as little as possible. Because they compress and decompress every time to minimise file size, and after a while, those fuzzy/squarish areas around the colours get quite ugly. Save as bitmap, if you're not already, while working on something.

I'd change the black border lines to another colour.. they're a bit too bold. Especially in light of Fruit's Basket's delicate manga art. Hm... and try to match the colours with the eyedropper a bit better? Those default purple and reds don't really sit well with the eye.

Overall, I'd also say there are a few too many things on the wall. Three (four, if you include the bold heart) figures on a complex ground makes things look cluttered. Sometimes simple is best, especially for expressing something like this kind of pretty, shoujo love.

wow, very choppy, why you use paint? you should try to get photoshop to get better results, I like the concept of this wall though, too bad Kyo is also squished on the left, good work though ^^

Wow. I really like it. It's really good although I agree with Devilet that Kyo appears sqished on the left. I only have paint but my friend has photoshop and I think you should use that or use PSP. Great job!
