It's a wall from Lucy! Yeah! XD
for this pix I used two textures, one for the grey background and the flowers. I found them on net, of course ;P
those lines made by the PS of shape tool, and every second pink lines' is darker and every lines has a lower
opacity (70%)
I gave Lucy's pic a bit effect too, outer glow (white), brightness, contrast to make brightening, and a bit color
balance to make more pinkies
