Vereeeeru nice wall BUT since You have added the "inner" girl and the crosschair + the gun in the left upper corner the wall is too complicated. The BG work is veeery good and it would be definite fav .. but once more i tell you to complicated, too much of elements...

It is too bad that there is a layer above the character (we see some lines on Rico's sweatshirt)
I would have let the cross hair but removed the big Rico that is just behind the small one -

nice bg! The cross hair would've looked better if it was moved a wee bit on the upper left... And I don't know.. something is not right with the the image of rico... it seems a bit out of place for me.. but then again... this is just my opinion. You blended everything beautifully although the bullets on the bottom-left part of the wallie would've looked better if it was a bit more clear and detailed... it blends in the bg as well so you can't really notice it.. So to wrap it up... a little more work in cleaning up. But the concept is really nice... I love it! -
