Correction: It's not Kosuzu, It was 2 dancer girls that Serizawa....o_=.....Serizawa wanted them to dance naked and *obviously* Said no So, He ordered Hijikata And Saito to cut off their hair as punishment *Which would mean they couldn't work anymore as entertainers* Which reallllllly pissed off.....well...everybody! But he was the boss at the time and could do whatever the bloody hell he wanted in the name of Shinsengumi which started to give them a bad rep sooooo... >:) Time ta die!
