My Comment: So I really do love this series... and I can't understand why it isn't more popular D= it really does have like a little bit of everything in it all in a nice plot-package... *sigh* oh well XD
I was, once again, rewatching Kiba when I decided I wanted to vector something of the series (as I've been wanting to do for some time). I was originally going to go with Roia and Zed, but the image I had chosen I found a vector for it already on deviantart and lost all desire to do said image/vector (honestly, what's the point if it's already been done? o_O). Instead I went through the images for Kiba, picked the scan credited at the bottom, and went about vectoring it.
Originally all the lines had been black... but when I hid the outline layer, I found I kind of liked the effect it had (sort of softening the image in a way once the harsh black stand-out-lines were gone xD) and so I went about changing the black outline into different, more matching colors of the thing it was outlining... My first time doing this so I probably screwed up a time or two and just didn't notice it haha.
Honestly, I hadn't wanted to upload this as a vector (not that I mind people using it, but because I wanted to make a wallpaper for it too >__<;;). Sadly, even with the helpful suggestions on my thread in the Sandbox, I still felt I came up short of doing my own vector justice with a background... my background-making-skillz are just lacking big time u__u So I've resorted to uploading as a vector till the day my skills increase or some awesome person comes along and makes an awesome wallpaper =D either one works... haha~!
Favorite part: Zed's eyes... they turned out much more "alive" feeling then the actual scan they came from... *sigh~* his eyes are just so full of expression in the anime <3
Either way, that's probably about it. Maybe one day I'll have a wallpaper to go with the vector (by my creating or someone else). Till then, I hope ya like the vector ^///^
