i was just looking at the title... it's a pun... i mean got a double meaning....
seeing that the scan's like a witch - it can be like a magic charm and charm as in someone's charming... ^^

There's maybe too much dark clouds on the top^^

clouds and water very well made~ great job on those elements. The moon could have been more detailed, cause having only a white circle is...boring and not very realistic n_n;
oh and that outer glow on the character really doesnt fit, it breaks the scenic athmosphere in pieces -

Very beautiful background you did.... nicely done on it... the moon, uhmm... could improved it XD so its not just white circle :D :D and like other members said... the outer glow around her... somehow looks not so good XD but great work on the water... overall very nice wall Alpha ^^ I like the text you used

Well, as for the glowing, think it´s okay, though it somehow is an "evil" glowing. If it was a bit brighter it would suit more to the the cutesy of Kohaku. However, great work!!! ^_^
