Somehow, I associate Lelouch with fire. Something about his personality and what he does just screams "fire".
Maybe it is because he is flashy and dramatic as Zero. His activities also kindled the fire of revolution across his
world and helped it burn brightly for a time.
The scan looked to me like he ought to be holding something so here he is. :)
The fire was made with three layers. One of them is orange and yellow smudged together. I wanted the fire to influence the lighting in his hand, so this layer was shaped to his fingers. The second layer was set to either multiply or overlay, (I think) and is softer that the first layer to give the fire a somewhat softened form. The last layer just tints the fire and its surroundings. :)
