This was the pic from a certain chapter in the manga (can't remember which one, at the moment). It happened after Ciel and Sebastian finished off Noah's Arch circus. They visited a certain place (won't say where ;), and Ciel began saying that he was human. When he did, the ribbon on his hat blew off, and he and Sebastian looked up at the sky as it flew away. Sebastian was contemplating humanity in this one.
