HAPPY BDAY TO Janna92 ! (Hope my gift isn't late) :D
Ever since I saw this wallpaper way back 2005, I've been amazed by colorful digital lighting effects. I made a few trial and errors using tutorials from many sites and I made this wallpaper having many combination of what I have learned. Cardcaptor Sakura is my all time favorite anime (and I've always wanted to make one) so I decided to make one just for series.
After all, lighting effects seem like magic isn't it? ;) And what better reason than for my dear friend's birthday celebration.
I was having difficulties on what title I should use, but then I was doing this wallpaper while listening to the song "Beautiful" by B2ST. And the song came from their album: Lights Go On Again.... (I suck at titles, do I?)

You cut it kinda close with the quality of Sakura, be careful not to over use effects when
dealing with an extracted scan. Alot of them can't handle it.
I love the colors & the effects, it's very fitting because it looks so magical looking.
And I like that it's not a soild color but just a multi flash of about 3 or 4 colors going through.
I do also want to point out that sometimes it's best to only have one big light source,
see how you have one on her wand and then on her foot.
Makes the wall look unbalanced and kills the importance of the wand.
Also so much lighting kills the quality of Sakura, I notice as I look closer to her outline.
You did a great job though, hope to see more simply awesome walls from you :) -
