The BG seems overblurred to me, and it's a bit too white. So much so it really kills
the nice artic winter feel it should give. The vector is nice, seems to be very smooth. I do see the lines
on her hair don't extend the full way, kinda clashes with her outlines of the body...which in some cases is ok.
Nice job overal, just remember to not over do it with certain effects. :) -
