Glad to see someone vectored this scan... If I recall correctly, it's from Fate/Zero, which will adapted in an anime soon! Can't wait to see more and more Saber goodness... But let's go back to your (very good) vector, now, shall we? The eyes are gorgeous; in fact, they are the focus point here, in my opinion, and brings her to life, along the wonderful and smooth shadings. I'm curious though : how did you do them?
